• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• No refund will be made if you are late for the pick-up time. However, you can change the tour schedule for the next 30 days
